I started with an order of the burnt ends. They came out slathered in bbq sauce and at first glance I thought they were going to be dry but boy was I wrong. The first bite was an Explosion in my Mouth! It had the perfect amount of seasoning and a nice smoke ring with a nice bark to it. The meat was tender and juicy and the fat was rendered perfectly! The fat that was left there Melted in your Mouth! Then I ordered the Pulled Beef Sandwich with the corn bread soufflé and bbq baked beans. The sandwich had pulled beef, fried pickles, and bbq sauce on a bun. The beans were sweet and tangy and the soufflé is my favorite side on their menu. I have also had the brisket, beef short ribs, spare and baby back ribs. The brisket and short ribs had a good smoke ring and bark to it. Also the ribs were tender and juicy and were fall off the bone good. Come with the family, group of friends, or by yourself you’re guaranteed a Good Meal!
