Looking for some Thai or Sushi? Why not Both!

My go to spot when I’m feeling in the mood for some Thai food or sushi.
They are located in a small strip mall on Bird Road next to an Ihop. It’s two restaurants in one. The Thai food on the right and sushi on the left. Once you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly and smiling hostess that takes you to your table. I usually sit at the sushi bar and watch the masters at work.
I start off with the tuna tataki, spicy tuna roll, ebi shumi, steamed gyoza, or dynamite roll. The tataki is made with tuna that’s seared on two sides and then it’s thinly sliced and it’s topped off with scallions, thinly sliced carrots, and a soy sauce. I get my spicy tuna roll personalized. I get it with tuna, salmon, crab, scallion, and massago and its topped off with spicy mayo and vinegar sauce. The dynamite roll is made with a rice roll that’s sliced into individual pieces topped off with a blend of crab and scallops in a spicy mayo sauce. Very Tasty.
For dinner I have several tasty dishes that are my GOTO’s
I enjoy the beef volcano and panang, shrimp pad thai, crispy duck with scallions, and the fried rice. The beef volcano is made with thin slices of flank steak that are breaded and fried then placed on a bed of steamed cabbage topped off with a special sauce. The beef panang is thinly sliced beef in a sweet curry sauce with carrots, broccoli, and corn. Comes with white rice. The shrimp pad thai is made with rice noodles, peanut sauce, and shrimp tossed all together with bean sprouts with a side of cabbages. My favorite drink here is the Thai tea. It’s Thai tea with condensed milk and served over ice. It’s so sweet and tasty. They also have several different types of Thai beer, Japanese sake, and red and white wine. No full bar here
The service is good and the staff is friendly and quick!
